Donny’s Bio

Donny Willis is a pastor, organizational leader, author, and teacher with a passion for developing people and building strong teams. Since 2017, he has served as Lead Pastor of Westchester Church in White Plains, New York. He has launched two churches, helped oversee the development of more than 20 church plants throughout New York City, and led teams of paid staff and more than 100 volunteers.

Donny holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor of Theology from Texas Bible College, where he has also taught undergraduate communication courses. He is the author of Good Butter Best, a book focused on leadership and turning vision into reality.

And in one of the more unusual lines on his résumé, Donny was the infamous “Butter Man” in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Donny and his wife, Ashley, have three children: Braydon, Claire, and Elliot.
